I’m a biologist and zootechnician with experience and interest in natural history, ecology and conservation of neotropical mammals. Currently, I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Postgraduante Program in Tropical Biodiversity (Federal University of Amapá) and I am conducting studies to know how the landscape ointerferes in the community of bats that occur in forest patches within the Savanas of Amapá.
I’ m a biologist, Master and PhD from the General and Applied Biology program of the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, I have experience in the areas of Parasitology, Taxanomy, Molecular Biology and Phylogeny of Parasites. Currently, I am a Postdoctoral from the Postgraduate Program in Tropical Biodiversity of the genus Calyptospora from fish inthe Amazon region, of the state of Amapá. In addition, I am performing the morphological and molecular characterization of these parasites. I also work ir collaboration with some researchers in studies involving molecular characterization and phylogenetc analysis of hepatozoon ssp. and Haemog regarina ssp. from wild animals.
I’m biologist with experience in the field of Fish Ecology (emphasis on Food and reproductive Biology), and in Aquatic Ecotoxicology, working mainly on the following topics: Biomonitoring the quality of surface water, analysis in fish scales by the technique Lases-Induced Plasma Spectroscopy, LIBS-Laser induced Breakdown Spectroscopy. Iam currently a Postdoctoral fellow in Tropical Biodiversity Program (Federal University of Amapá), with the objective is evaluating the influence of the land use coverage onthe low Araguari River course; investigate the presence of metals non-essencial (PB,Cr and Hg) in the water, in the scales of the most frequent and the commercial interest fish specieis; Evaluate possible genotoxic effects on the selected fish, using them as indicatos of environmental degradation.
